"The three of us stopped by during the World War II Weekend. My son has celiac disease and has to stay gluten-free. I found Good Eatz on-line and decided to give it a shot. Well, it was fantastic so we ate there three nights in a row. We were never disappointed. I even bought some of their baked goods to bring home and share with the other two celiacs in the house. "Awesome place I found on yelp while in the W. Reading! Enjoyed a nice breakfast meal here. Good portions and reasonable prices. Many Veg/gluten-free items on the menu. I went with the Vegan pancakes and they were very good. The others I went with had breakfast sandwiches that were huge and delicious. The service was very good too. "I moved to Berks County 2 years ago and did not have high hopes in finding vegetarian friendly dining. I was pleasantly surprised to have found Good Eatz. I have never had a bad tasting meal at Good Eatz. All the food is fresh, flavorful, and bright and vibrant. Their veggie wraps and paninis are delicious. Their Harvest Salad is out of this world. Even if you are not a vegetarian try some of their veg friendly options. They also make quite a few tasty vegan entrees. The vegan onion soup, veggie lasagna, and ruben are some of my favorites....The place isn't very big. But if you want a tasty, good for you meal, that doesnt leave you with that "oh man, why did i eat so much" feeling, check out Good Eatz. You will love it!" via Yelp
"I'm a long time resident of Berks County, PA who likes to travel around just to eat great food!!! I take sophisticated out-of-towners to this place to impress them, not with the cafe's atmosphere, but with the interesting, flavorful food and their mission--- green and sustainable.
Good Eatz Green Cafe is located along Penn Ave., West Reading-- a street known for being artsy, unique and providing a pleasant shopping experience. The surrounding Reading area is just large enough to attract some excellent eateries. Good Eatz makes the grade and then some. I crave the grilled Caesar Salad- you read that right, CRAVE!!!
