06/01/2011: New Seminar Series: Journey to Health
Join us for a six-part seminar entitled Journey to Health: an interactive educational series on making informed lifestyle choices. Led by Ashley Welikonich, a natural health consultant and NASM-certified personal trainer, a new topic will be presented each Wednesday at the cafe beginning at 6:30pm.
The first week's topic will be Introduction to Homeopathy. Subsequent weekly topics will include: Sample Differential, Diet, Dietary Supplements, Rejuvenation Exercises, and Home Remedies. (Topics subject to change. Be sure to check our Website and Facebook page for the latest info.)Ashley has studied alternative medicine for seven years and provides education on homeopathic remedies, diet, and therapeutic exercise. She holds a diploma and certificate in homeopathy from the Lotus Health Institute, as well as undergraduate degrees in biology and anthropology.
